1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using docmonkee, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use docmonkee.
2. About docmonkee
docmonkee helps users create, save, export, share, and manage business documents such as invoices, estimates, quotes, receipts, and purchase orders.
3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
docmonkee provides document generation tools only. docmonkee does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, business, or professional advice.
You should consult qualified professionals when you need advice specific to your business, taxes, accounting, contracts, or legal obligations.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of all document content, including taxes, totals, payment records, customer details, vendor details, and business information.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for reviewing documents before sending, sharing, printing, or exporting them.
5. Accounts
Some docmonkee features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for providing accurate account information.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Free and Paid Plans
docmonkee may offer free and paid plans. Feature limits may apply, and plan features or pricing may change over time.
Unless otherwise stated, any paid plan terms will be presented before purchase or upgrade. docmonkee does not currently provide online payment processing for your customers.
7. Manual Payment Recording
Payment features, if available, are for manually recording payments that you received outside of docmonkee.
docmonkee does not process payments, collect payments, transfer funds, or guarantee payment from your customers.
8. Document Sharing
You may create public share links for documents. Anyone with a public share link may be able to view the linked document.
You are responsible for who you share document links with and for the information included in shared documents.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use docmonkee to violate laws, send fraud, scams, or spam, impersonate others, upload malicious content, infringe intellectual property rights, or abuse the service.
10. Uploaded Content and User Content
You retain ownership of the content you enter or upload to docmonkee.
You grant docmonkee permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.
11. Service Availability
docmonkee may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. The service may also experience downtime, interruptions, or errors.
12. Limitation of Liability
docmonkee is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, docmonkee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
13. Termination
docmonkee may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, create security risks, or use the service unlawfully.
14. Changes to Terms
docmonkee may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of docmonkee after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
